Pilates Studio Circuit Classes

What are they?

Studio circuit classes take place at Bridgeham Clinic in the Pilates studio on the innovative Pilates equipment. A great fun workout!

They are themed classes to increase movement awareness and assist with changing your body and shape. Themed class examples: Circuit for Runners, Horse Riders, Gardeners, Mums to be, Seated and Standing Posture etc.

Each circuit class consists of a warm up, checking in exercises relative to the circuit theme.

Each person then rotates around a selection of exercises on the barrel, trapeze table, chair and reformer.

The class ends with checking in to an increased body awareness along with a comparison of how the body feels after the workout.
