Certified Pilates Matwork and Studio Instructor

Diane has worked in the Fitness Industry for the past 20 years and has been teaching Pilates since 1999. She is a qualified Matwork and Studio Instructor.

Diane teaches at Bridgeham Clinic on Monday mornings, spending the rest of her time teaching from her home in Caterham. She also assists in teaching Studio and Rehabilitation Courses for Polestar Pilates UK and has run workshops on Pilates and Osteoporosis. Having suffered herself with back problems in the past, Diane enjoys helping others to find efficient and pain free movement in their bodies.
