I moved over from Northern Ireland in 2014 to attend University of Chester. Once graduated, I moved down to Crawley in 2017and have been living in Haywards Heath since 2020. I qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in August 2023.

Alongside Sports Massage, I currently work at Crawley Hospital as a MSK Rehabilitation Assistant.

I would describe myself as a outgoing and enthusiastic person. When I'm not working, I'm playing Netball & Baking. I have played netball from a very young age, club and regional level. This is where my love for sports therapy has been founded. 

After multiple injuries, I wanted to help others with injury prevention, aid recovery, release tensions and relax muscles whether you play a sport or not!
